From it's location
on the road to Buccoo Bay, The Fourteenth Green is a short eight minute
walk to the beach, an easy 15 minute drive to Tobago's capital,
Scarborough, and only a similar distance to the beach at
Pigeon Point.
A wide variety of shops and some of Tobago's finest restaurants are
within a short distance from the villa.
The Mount Irvine Golf Club is a 2-3 minute drive away and
its eighteen hole championship golf course is open to non-members at
reasonable green fees. The Tobago Plantations Golf & Country Club (10
minutes away) also boasts an exiting new golf course. Previously a sugar
cane plantation, this estate is being developed into a major tourist
resort, incorporating the VHL Tobago Golf & Spa Resort hotel (previously
the Hilton Tobago) and water sports facilities.

Nestled within its own well cared for, secluded, tropical gardens
overlooking the golf course. Tropical fruit trees and birds surround a
large bungalow style property composed of the main house and cottage,
separated by their own swimming pool.
This exceptional, traditional Caribbean style Tobago villa has been sympathetically designed on a
single level and one of the three bathrooms in the main house is fully
equipped with facilities for the disabled.
With its tall ceilings and cool tile floors, the villa is perfectly suited to
the Caribbean climate.
The facilities and location make it
the best venue for a self contained, villa holiday and the ideal base
from which to explore the delights and beauty of the island of Tobago.
